Punxsutawney Phil declared six more weeks of winter this morning when he saw his shadow on Gobbler’s Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania  just after sunrise, at about 7:22 a.m.  A groundhog would not see his shadow on this overcast rainy day in northern California.
