One Year To An Organized Life

One of my favorite blogs, Uncluttered, just posted a review of this new book which is going to be released on January 27. In the review, they mention that the title, “One year to an organized life” may detour people from purchasing because it seems like a long-term commitment but in fact, the book is full of useful ideas and tips even if you don’t follow their year-long process. For me – I have already determined to make this my “One Year” so I think the title sounds very exciting! I love the idea of having everything spread out so that it is a bout gradual, permanent changes rather then one week of massive overhaul that falls apart within a month or so.

The review also mentioned a section that talks about teaching and getting children involved. LOVE that!! Oh – and apparently it includes advice for renters as well as home owners, which is amazing! A lot of “organization” type books just assume we can screw or nail anything anywhere if we want to. That makes some books a little useless for renters.

Barnes & Nobel has One Year To A Organized Life available for pre-order for $11.86. I’m ordering one, I’ll let you know what I learn once it’s here:) Apparently there is also a journalling section, so this is NOT a book I will be giving away once I am done with it. Sorry guys, you’ll have to order your own.
