Three Little Words

Is it hard for you to say those three little words, “I Love You”?  Many parents struggle with telling their children this enough.  I really can’t imagine not being able to voice those words but for some people it isn’t as easy as others.
I believe it is important to tell your children I love you and to tell them often.  Love is such an important need for us as humans.  You can also show your love as well.  Body language and our actions often speak louder than our words.  So, show your kids that you love them by the things that you do.

Spending time together is a perfect opportunity to show your children that you love them.  Doing activities that you both enjoy can be a great way to show your love for each other.  Think about some activities that you both enjoy, then ask them what they would like to do together. Finally, plan the outing or event and enjoy each others company.

Think back to your childhood, when did you feel the most loved by your parents.  The actions that your parents took might be some actions that you too can take to show your love for your children.  It might be something small or something big.  No matter what it is though, make sure that you do things often to show them that you care.
