Who Are We?
Moms In A Blog is just what it says – a blog network for moms. Our writers are not only moms, but they are also experts in their topic areas. Together, we strive to bring other moms relevant, usable, expert information, ideas and resources. Our History
In January of 2006, Crystal Unrau and Heather thought it would be fun to write a blog together and they launched Two Moms In A Blog. While Heather moved on to other things a few months later, Crystal choose to continue the site and began bringing in other moms to provide their own unique content. In the two years that followed, many wonderful women have helped grow the site into a wonderful resource for moms.
In 2008, Crystal made the decision to move the blog to a new site that better reflected the site we had become, and in March of 2008 we moved to Chrysanthemoms. Shortly after this move, Crystal decided to take on a partner and Tracy Roberts came on board full of excitement, ideas, and promise. We started immediately to begin developing the site and it’s purposes. It very quickly become clear that some changes needed to be made and we decided to aim for a site that provided more opportunities for our writers and to our readers as well. After much planning, Moms In A Blog was launched on July 9, 2008 with 6 amazing writers.
