		<description>This is a great list! Definately a grocery list helps when shopping!Coupons are great too! I always browse 2 local grocery ads and then of course my BJ&#039;s account for certain items. I also notice that the grocery store ads are the best in the middle of the month, anyone else notice this?</description>
