Journaling In The New Year

It is a new year and with a new year many times comes New Year’s Resolutions. Did you resolve to loose weight, eat less sweats, pray more, work less? Whatever the case or even if you didn’t make resolutions but maybe you set some goals then you have some things to keep track of, am I right?

A great way to keep track of things like this is to journal them. Journaling can be quite a rewarding experience helping you to track your progress, relieve some stress, and more.
